Catch Air indoor playground comes to Jersey City

Indoor playground for children To take some fresh air signed its third lease in New Jersey at the Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City.

Catch Air offers laser shows, dance parties, climbing structures, open play areas and more for kids 12 and under. The centers also host birthday parties, field trips, group outings and fundraising events.

The 14,000 square foot attraction joins the Paramus and Hasbrouck Heights venues. Levin Management Corp. acted as the exclusive leasing and management agent for the Twin City Mall, a 95,000 square foot retail building with a grocery store. EJ Moawad, Senior Leasing Representative at Levin, brokered the Catch Air lease transaction.

“Catch Air is a family-centric concept that represents an exciting new element for the Twin City Mall,” said Moawad. “This entertainment-focused destination will be a great property draw and a wonderful community amenity for families with young children.”

The Twin City Mall location on the Jersey City/Bayonne border is just off Exit 14A of the New Jersey Turnpike and is easily accessible via a network of local arterials. The Twin City Mall serves a growing residential population of over 40,000 within a 1 mile radius. Approximately 35,000 vehicles pass the property each day.

Catch Air joins tenants such as Aqui Market, Retro Fitness, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, Dunkin’ and T-Mobile, and will soon be joined by Snap Back by Hook and Reel.

Catch Air did not return a request for additional information on when it will open as of press time. Children 2 and under are $12.99 and children 3 and over play for $22.99 per day.

According to LMC, there remains availability of 8,350 square feet at the Twin City Mall.
