Women’s basketball brings A’riel Jackson into the 2022 class

CINCINNATI – University of Cincinnati Women’s Basketball Head Coach Michelle Clark-Heard welcomes A’riel Jackson to the 2022 Bearcats signing class.
“I am delighted to announce the addition of A’riel Jackson to our Bearcats women’s basketball family,” said Clark-Heard. “A’riel is a winner who has played at the highest level and will come to UC with an incredible basketball experience. As the daughter of WNBA legend Kym Hampton, Ari has enjoyed success and greatness in the basketball world his entire life. A’riel has played in one of New York’s toughest leagues at Bishop Loughlin and on the EYBL Tour for NYC Exodus. He is a tough and versatile guard who can reach n ‘Anyone in the country. great work ethic and love for the game. She will be a big compliment to the players we have back and I can’t wait to have her in a Bearcats uniform! “

The Bearcats open the 2021-22 season with a three-game homestand in the Fifth Third Arena, hosting Alabama A&M Wednesday (November 10), Bellarmine Friday (November 12) and Ohio University for a day of education l Tuesday afternoon (November 16).
