The most striking view is undoubtedly looking north over three New York landmarks: the nearby Empire State Building, Kohn Pedersen Fox’s One Vanderbilt, and the Chrysler Building. To the south is Madison Square Park with the Flatiron Building, One World Trade Center further south in Lower Manhattan, the downtown Brooklyn skyline, and Jersey City across the Hudson River. To the west are the Hudson Yards and Manhattan West complexes.

Facilities at 30 East 31st Street include a basement for private storage, bicycle storage and a residents laundry room. On the ground floor is a residential banquet hall which will also serve as a living room adjacent to a landscaped garden, private catering kitchen and dining room. There is also a fitness center located on the second level with an adjoining terrace and garden. Floors two through eight each house two one-bedroom units, followed by two-bedroom residences on a full floor from the ninth to the 37th floor. On the 38th and 39th floors is the exclusive three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom duplex penthouse. On these floors, views are framed by diagonal columns and triangular and trapezoidal windows.

The remaining work at 30 East 31st Street is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
